COVID Status by Facility

Our goal, from the start of this Pandemic, has been to be transparent with the impact COVID is having inside our facilities of excellence. The COVID status tracker for Residents and employees is another way we can provide full transparency to our Residents, families, and employees. The information provided will be updated each weekday, Monday through Friday. Information provided by the close of the day on Monday will reflect what occurred over the weekend.

IMG continues to rely on our local and state health departments for guidance as it relates to testing Residents and employees. Infection control protocols evolve and change, sometimes daily, and we are always following the CDC and local and state departments of health guidance. The goal is to keep our Residents and employees as safe as we can. Our mission - Residents First, Employee Always will remain as we face these challenging times together.
