Congratulations to Alicia Catterson, Activity Aide at Paris Healthcare! You are the IMG July Customer Service Superstar!
On the morning of July 4th, Alicia Catterson clocked in for her shift as activity aide at Paris Healthcare Center. She walked through the halls giving a good morning and a big smile to all that she met on her way to the activities room ... especially the Residents, whom she has grown to love in her short time at PHC.
Alicia started in housekeeping and did a great job carefully cleaning each resident's room just like it was her own home. She took great care in every detail and was pleased when she was finished. She always did her best work and was thoughtful in ensuring reach Resident felt good about their stay at PHC.
It didn't take Alicia long to know that her true passion was working directly with the Residents and applied for the activity aide position. She was hired and has made a huge difference each and every day she spends time with the Residents.
Congratulations to Kelley Ritter, a nurse from UHCC … you are the IMG June Customer Service Superstar!
Kelley Ritter has been loyal to Urbandale Health Care since 2009. Her nurse managers describe her as a very compassionate nurse who takes her job very seriously and always tries to do her very best. She is very dependable and dedicated employee. Kelley welcomes every new resident with a warm smile and provides help and knowledgeable care that helps both new and longstanding residents feel comfortable and cared for! She is very gentle and caring towards our residents by going out of her way to get to know them personally as well as their families.

Congratulations again, Urbandale!
Congratulations to Rene Carruthers, from Sigourney Health Care & Assisted Living, for being selected the May IMG Customer Service Superstar!
Rene is one of our most dedicated employees at Sigourney Health Care and Assisted Living. She is primarily an Assisted Living aide for us, but she is always finding ways to help on the floor in the nursing facility side as well. She is constantly modeling how we put “Residents First, Employees Always”. She is the kind of person that can make you smile, no matter what kind of a day you are having. She sees the world through a “glass half full” kind of attitude, and lifts the spirits of everyone in the building.
Rene would tell you herself she is not here “just to do her job”. She is here for the residents – to make their days better, their activities of daily living easier, and to remind them that they are cared for, no matter what. She helps provide activities for both the AL and the nursing facility when our activities director is out. She goes on bus rides with residents for activity outings and for doctor visits. Rene can tell you a little something personal about every resident we have, and can tell you a way to make them smile.
Congratulations to Erika Wood from Silver Memories! You are the IMG April Customer Service Superstar!
Erika has been dedicated to our residents since February of 2016, and is a compassionate CNA that makes our residents feel important and comfortable. Erika is attentive to their wants and needs, and does an amazing job at reading our residents. She knows their bad days to their good days. If something appears to be different about them, she will make a point to address what is going on, tries to uplift them, and is awesome at reporting to the charge nurse. Erika knows her residents. She knows what little things they like, like what time they like to retire for the night, whether they like one sugar or three sugars for their coffee, to their midnight snack.
Erika always goes over and beyond. It is not uncommon for Erika to personally throw her resident a birthday party, dress them up for a night out on the town or assist in coloring their hair purple. If it is important to a Resident or something they want then it is important to Erika to make it happen. When Erika is here, the residents are happy and content. She not only meets their wants and needs but always does so in a cheerful manner.
