IMG October 30 Letter from Mark Ide

October 30, 2020

To Residents, Family Members, and Friends:
This has been quite a challenging year navigating this Pandemic and IMG’s goal, from the start, was to remain transparent in all our facility operations. Continuing with this goal in mind, I made a difficult decision to retire as of November 1st, 2020. As a result, Ide Management Group (IMG) will no longer operate any facilities.

This is bittersweet for me as it has been a true privilege to serve this industry for over 30 years and operate IMG for over 20 years. It has been amazing to watch our facilities excel in providing exceptional care to area  seniors. The good news is that care can continue as we have partnered with like-minded operators who appreciate and desire to carry on the legacy, we have created in long term care.

As the new operators are transitioning in, they have provided opportunities for our leadership team as well as our facility teams and employees to remain a part of the transition. This means jobs are secure and the familiar faces our Residents and families are used to seeing will remain the same. The normal day to day routines will continue for our Residents without interruption or concern.

Thank you for entrusting your care and the care of your loved one to IMG all these years. It has been an honor to serve this industry and our seniors. And I know I am changed for the better as a result. In all things remember - Residents First, Employees Always.

At Your Service,
Mark Ide, President
