Congratulations to Kelly Bortkewicz from Cloverleaf Healthcare! Kelly is our IMG Customer Service Superstar for March!
Kelly Bortkewicz has been nominated as our Customer Service Superstar. We all know how much our residents love to participate in everything that they can, sometimes their mobility can hinder them from certain activities. Kelly changed that for them the other day by buying all of the residents on her hall a pair of socks. A pair of socks you say? YES! Kelly also asked Cloverleaf to participate in an IMGiving fundraiser. On March 21, 2019 Cloverleaf wore crazy socks and paid $1.00 to raise money for Down Syndrome Indiana. Kelly bought crazy socks for her residents on her hall so that they could be a part of the IMGiving campaign.
We are proud to announce Tammy King from Woodland Manor as IMG's February Customer Service Superstar!
Tammy knows that good Customer Service is not just for the Residents, but applies to their families and her co-workers as well. When several of the department heads all left without proper notice, Tammy knew that there were a lot of things that may not have been done. She made a list of the supplies that the facility would most likely need that week and rallied other employees to keep an eye out and add to the list. She noticed that the facility was not going to have enough wipes to get through until the delivery arrived, so she went to the store and purchased the needed item. She continued to monitor the supply levels and made sure that the staff and Residents had what was needed to do their job.
Congratulations to CNA Amanda Totten from Paris Health Care Center! We are proud to award you the IMG January Customer Service Superstar award!
Amanda Totten, CNA, at Paris Healthcare Center, is always there with a helping hand. No matter what it is that needs done, when she is doing it, Amanda is doing it with a smile!
The residents love her and her witty sense of humor. The staff appreciate her and know they can count on Amanda if ever needed.
Congratulations to Tracey McRoberts, cook at Silver Memories, for being named the IMG December Customer Service Superstar!
Tracey McRoberts is our dietary cook and we have had the privilege to have her serving with us since May 2018. She is being recognized for her outstanding customer service to our residents, co-worker, and even visitors. Tracey comes off a little shy until you get to know her, but that does not stop her from serving other or offering any help independently on her own. She takes it upon herself to find things to do and people to serve. Tracey works hard in the kitchen with her daily responsibilities and truly enjoys going over and beyond to make special desserts and the recipes extra special with homemade sauces for her residents.
Tracey also helps her co-workers by picking up any extra hours she can to ensure the residents have good meals and get the nutrition they need. Tracey helps keeps the dietary environment clean and organized. She never leaves a shift unless her kitchen is clean and tidy.
Congratulations to LaQuita Tyler, CNA, at Madison Health Care Center! We are proud to have you as the IMG November Customer Service Superstar.
LaQuita Tyler a certified nursing assistant has not been employed with us long, but in her short time with us, she has shown that she puts Residents First. On the day she applied for her job here at Madison Health Care Center she was sent to the clinic to complete pre-employment pre-requisites and we later found out she walked to the clinic (not a short distance) because the bus had already run. And even though she has had to walk to work, on some cold days, she always shows up on time with a smile on her face. LaQuita recently had a resident tell her that he did not have any socks. LaQuita knows that the facility laundry often has socks that can be given to residents however she went out and purchased socks; brand- new, just for him. LaQuita frequently works our short-term rehab hallway but you can find her walking all over the facility and asking everyone if she can be of any assistance to them. The staff and residents of Madison Health Care Center are counting ourselves lucky to have LaQuita on our team.
Thank you LaQuita for always showing up for our Residents!
