Operations Management

IMG utilizes effective operational management and consulting to ensure we are exceeding the industry standards in healthcare. By providing consistent consulting, training, leadership and management from an interdisciplinary team of experts, we are able to improve the overall operations of each facility. This process varies from facility to facility. We incorporate the individual needs of the facility and community into our day to day operations management.

All the daily operations of the skilled nursing and assisted living facilities are brought in-house allowing employees to have ownership in their facility. Proper equipment, professionally trained staff and necessary aesthetic changes are made to allow for a warm, safe and positive work environment. Best practices and policies are shared from facility to facility to ensure we are always improving upon the services we deliver to our Residents.
