Nominate a Customer Service Superstar
IMG is passionate about Customer Service and we want to recognize individuals who go above and beyond providing exceptional Customer Service in each healthcare facility. A superstar is defined as an individual who goes above and beyond to help Residents, their families and other staff members by exemplifying excellent Customer Service. Any employee of IMG is eligible. The individual facilities present their facility Customer Service Superstar with an award. Each quarter, IMG awards one Customer Service Superstar winner for the entire company with an award and a $300 bonus.
